Breakfast is served- Breakfast Quinoa Crackers

Morning everyone. It's a great Sunday -the sun is shining and we are heading out soon to spend some time with some great friends. The perfect lazy Sunday afternoon.

We just finished breakfast so wanted to share with you what we had. It's a new one for us too but ended up being really simple and quite delicious.

Breakfast Quinoa Crackers

  • Quinoa multigrain thins (if you have not tried these you are missing out- WAY better than normal rice cakes)
  • 2 eggs scrambled
  • half an avo sliced
  • 2 falafels broken up
  • half a red onion sliced
  • Some pesto
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Spread the pesto on the multigrain thins.
  2. Add the broken falafels and remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and a good dose of Olive oil. 
  4. And serve.
